Ay Schools acts as the Data Controller with respect to all personal information gathered via our admissions and information channels.
2. Grounds & Purposes for Processing
Data is collected to administer schooling services, admissions assessments, student pastoral records, and to fulfill regulatory obligations established by the Ministry of National Education.
3. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, data subjects hold the right to inquire about processed data, request rectifications, or petition for deletion of eligible records by contacting the school administration.
