Dear Parents, Teachers, and Beloved Students,
Our journey began 26 years ago with Aydede Kindergartens and expanded into Ay Schools Gaziosmanpaşa Campus, grounded in Atatürk's progressive ideals and positive sciences.
""When I became a mother 30 years ago, my foremost priority was ensuring that children receive an ethical, rigorous, and inspiring basic education during their most formative developmental years (ages 0-17). The scarcity of high-caliber schools inspired our family to found Ay Schools.""
— Founder of Ay Schools
🏛️ Inspired by Village Institutes & International Frameworks
Drawing inspiration from historical Village Institutes and the International Baccalaureate framework, we empower students through experiential, inquiry-based learning, leading our region in academic distinction.
Uncompromising Support for Educators
At Ay Schools, teachers are the cornerstone of education. We provide industry-leading compensation, teacher housing residences, dedicated cultural budgets for opera and concerts, meal allowances, wardrobe support, and private health insurance.
""Our ultimate mission is to raise distinguished individuals who cherish their cultural heritage, demonstrate critical discernment, and lead with empathy across global platforms.""
